Whilst it may make the HOmestead team's job easier, the fact that one doesn't get a response from the help centre under the ticket scheme for so long, and then that response tells one to call the toll free no - useless when I am in the UK ... makes me want my 'old' account manager back, Carolyn. She was great - 24 hours everytime, problem was resolved As a result of these 'improvements' in customer support, I am currently evaluating other systems .. unless of course you say that the speed of response is gong to be better, and the method of help is going to be inclusive of non us citizens. For example, http://www.yoursitename.homestead.com/index.html or http://www.yoursitename.homestead.com The first page you create defaults as index.html unless you manually change the pagename.
