I am a little lost on this whole ecommerce thing. Like International Merchant Account, I've been looking for a solution that doesn't require much technical skill. Having used putacart.com, I know simple copy-paste solutions for carts exist, but wonder what am I missing by not using a solution like homestead.com or even a yahoo.com store. Thanks for any insight!

Merchant account and payment gateways.. does homestead have any simple ones that integrate right in? Im not a developer or whatever, I think you need a link to provide more information, suggestions or partner with someone who can help novices get it done simply. Yahoo stores for example, makes it simple, which is why Im leaning that way now.. but im still in the market..

Homestead Storefront is fairly easy for the beginner. I have limited web site design experience. However, that didn't hinder me from using Storefront. I even picked up some HTML tips and tricks along the way. My website was up and running quickly. I am still working on the design and layout, but am able sell products without an issue.

Hi Phil,

Our Customer Service phone number is 1-800-710-1998.

There is a monthly fee for the Storefront packages, however, unlike some other providers, Homestead does not charge a fee for transactions made on your online store:
